Hartwig Fischer, director of the British Museum on whether he is comfortable with the way items came to the British Museum having been plundered and looted gives a very inadequate response that the way as "problematic"and part of the “complicated history” of the Museum! Last year he called Elgin’s looting of the Parthenon a “creative act”!!
